Daily chemical industry struggles with data analysis due to diverse products and a lack of unified identification systems. Digital capability gaps between upstream and downstream businesses hinder collaboration in this highly industrialized sector.

The information system used by OSM in the production process is the information supervision system. The OSM supervision system integrates several Internet of Things technologies such as RFID with a blockchain-based pearl ecological cultivation management system to monitor the entire pearl process, including nursery, nucleation, recuperation, and collection.
RFID:
The RFID intelligent monitoring system can provide real-time data monitoring, quality control and safety assurance in all aspects of OSM pearl raw material and cosmetics production, helping manufacturers improve production efficiency, product quality and safety.
